No recomendable para gente joven

Es un piso que no está mal por su capacidad, pero tiene dos principales inconvenientes: que estas pared con pared con la casera en una especie de comunidad familiar (donde a veces veíamos niños y teníamos que estar pendientes de cerrar la verja para que no salieran a la calle) y el piso tiene poca luz solar ya que está debajo de una casa. Por tanto, y más en estos tiempos con COVID que las discotecas cierran temprano no podías hacer after ya que se formaba ruido.
