EQUIPMENT



The house consists of one bedroom with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an American bar, lounge-diner and bathroom. In the lounge there is an individual sofa bed.



The outside area is equipped with sunbeds as well as table and chairs on the terrace. There is also a a distinctively designed pool with a stone waterfall, which adds a certain charm to the garden.



LOCATION



This area is a great year round destination thanks to the mild climate, the busiest and lively season is from May to October, but you will never be short of things to do at any time of year.



From this location you can take a ten minute drive to the beach of Roche, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, lots of good traditional restaurants close by, and in the evenings the streets of Conil are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
