Comfortable holiday home with private pool, located very close to Roche, a very quiet area.
The beach and coves of Roche are around a five minute drive away, as is the village of El Colorado
The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with a double bed, and the third with double bed and one single.
The lounge is spacious, the kitchen has all that you may need to enjoy your holidays and there is an additional bathroom with shower.
In the exterior area you will find the private pool, BBQ, furnished porch and space to park the car.
Without a doubt this is a great option for a holiday in a rural area but at the same time close to everything.
Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round, as well as the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.
