modern new house with private pool for 4 persons, near to Conil but in natural surrounding, with free WiFi A large oak tree at the entrance gave this new house its name - it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday with the opportunity to go into the old town of Conil on foot. Just as the house itself, the decor is bright and modern. The small, child-safe pool area is ideal for swimming and relaxing.

2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds
• fairly large living room with sofa and satellite TV with British and international channels, here is an air conditioning hot/cold available that can control the temperature of the whole house.
• open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, large fridge and all the necessary cooking equipment
• Bathroom with shower
The pool measures some 3.5 x 7m. In the fenced pool area are chairs and a parasol on soft artificial grass.
A small beautiful, covered patio in front of the house is furnished with table and chairs. The brick barbecue next to the pool area completes the picture.

Sehr schönes, neues, urbanes Stadthsus mit tollem Pool. Ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Die Vermieter sind supernett. Es hättte ein bisschen mehr Küchenequipment geben können, aber sonst perfekt!!

Todo estaba correcto, pero al alquilarlo con poco tiempo de antelación ha habido falta de comunicación con el gestor inmobiliario. También faltaban detalles, como productos de limpieza en higiene. Los propietarios son encantadores y serviciales. Saludos
