Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 800 m, café 2.5 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 40 km, sandy beach "Cala del Puntalejo" 200 m (small). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
