150m from the iconic beach of Fuente Del Gallo, stunning sea views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom and upper terrace.

A beautiful chirringuito (beach restaurant), a cocktail bar, a café, restaurant and a local shop are all within a 5-minute walk and the popular town of Conil is 1.5km or a 20 minute stroll along the beach.

Fuente del Gallo beach offers some incredible surf and there is also direct access to stunning walking and biking trails along the adjacent clifftops from the villa.
