precious Bungalow for 4-6 persons with private pool and garden, quiet, with wifi Casa Aguaitos 2 is a nice and beautiful house, located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in Barrio Nuevo.
This house is complimented by a private pool of 14 by 24 feet and is perfect for a comfortable, quiet and enjoyable holiday.
4 people fit comfortably in casa Aguaitos 1, which contain 2 bedrooms (1 x double- bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds)
The kitchen is fully equipped. It is a well built, large kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer and much more.
The living room has a comfortable couch which can be converted into a 1.40m bed for 2 extra people, dinner table, lovely fireplace and a TV which has Spanish spoken program. A shower and a toilet placed in a nice bathroom.
The roofed open terrace is equipped with lovely (rattan) furniture. Looking out into the garden is a nice barbecue, beachchairs and more garden furniture are also available.
There is also a nice and colourful garden due to the beautiful flowers planted.
Next to the casa Aguaitos 2 there is another house, casa Aguaitos 1, with similar characteristics and perfect for another family.
The entrances to both houses are through a rolling gate. Within the property parking places are available.
6 km or a 10 minute drive will get you to the next beautiful beaches.
**All beds, mattresses and pillows have been renewed in the year 2023. All of good quality and comfortable.

The price is for 4 people. For each additional person there is an extra charge of 10 EUR / day, with a maximum of 6 persons.

Vacaciones en conil

La casa está alejada de Conil y se accede por un camino de piedra sin asfaltar, además la puerta de entrada se abre manualmente sin ningún tipo de seguridad. El propietario es atento y acude al mínimo problema, por esa parte todo bien. No nos gustó que la cisterna del baño no tragara bien y tener que echar los papeles a una papelera. Por lo demás la casa es cómoda, la piscina muy bien y tuvimos buena estancia

DES POINTS A SAVOIR avant de réserver

La maison est propre, la piscine également. La procédure d'arrivée, très bien, sauf que pas même une petite bouteille d'eau après 1500 kms et la chaleur. Attention, si vous ne posez pas la question, on ne vous dit pas que la maison n'a pas d'eau potable, c'est l'eau du puit, donc prévoir l'achat de bonbonnes d'eau. Pour votre arrivée, prévoyez tout le nécéssaire de base, ca sil 'y a RIEN. pas même une petite éponge ou un premier détergent de base pour le premier jour. Achetez TOUT : liquide vaisselle, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sel, poivre, etc.... Je ne demande pas à ce que l'on nous les offre, mais bien souvent il reste quelques produits des précédents voyageurs bien utiles le temps d'aller au supermarché. La vaisselle est à son strict minimum, ce qui oblige a faire tourner le lave vaisselle chaque jour. Le bac de produit du lave-linge était très sale, je l'ai signalé avec une photo mais on m'a répondu que c'était pas possible et que quelqu'un passerait voir... personne n'est venue à ce sujet. Pour terminer, la maison est rural, c'est dit dans l'annonce et c'est VRAI. L'accès se fait par un chemin de terre pas très pratique.... à savoir. Pour toutes courses, prévoyez la voiture. Sur la parcelle deux maisons, les jardins arrières et piscines sont bien séparés, cependant l'entrée et le stationnement sont partagés.... L'Andalousie reste un lieu magique et les alentours à découvrir sont exceptionnels.

Muy acogedora toda la casa , piscina muy limpia y cuidada por los dueños ,muy pendiente de todo si tuvieses algún problema ,nos a encantado todo en general,no muy lejos del pueblo y fácil de llegar lo mismo con la playa . Volveremos a repetir ...
