Modern and new townhouse in Conil with sea views, air condition and wifi, for 2-4 persons Casa Las Manuelas is a modern and light-flooded townhouse with fabulous sea views from the private roof terrace. It is suitable for 2-3 persons (also 2 adults and 2 children possible). The house is located on a small road without traffic, but still close to the center and the beach. It offers every conceivable comfort - with two air conditioners, wireless internet, Smart TV and a beautifully furnished terrace with sea views.

1 bedroom with double bed (1.50 wide), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning
Bathroom with shower on the 1st floor and another, small bathroom on the ground floor
Living room with dining area: here there is a sofa bed for 1-2 persons (1.40 cm wide), TV with span. And international satellite programs, dining table with chairs, air conditioning
Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all other necessary kitchen utensils
Terrace with table and chairs, shaded awning and sun loungers to enjoy the great sea view
The townhouse has 2 comfortable stairs that reach the first floor and the roof terrace. There is a washing machine in an extra compartment.
From July 1st to September 30th it is possible to include a private parking space for a normal car (it is not a covered parking space, it is on the surface). This garage space has an additional supplement of EUR 10 per day. Please contact us if you wish to include it in your reservation.

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, wenige Minuten von dem Stadtkern und dem Strand entfernt.

Totalmente recomendable

El apartamento es perfecto, esta impecable y completamente nuevo. Ideal para 3-4 personas. Situado muy cerca del centro y en un ambiente tranquilo. Javier y su familia fueron muy atentos a nuestra llegada y a la hora de devolver las llaves. Además, nos sugirieron varios lugares a los que ir. Muy contentos con el alojamiento, y si tuviéramos que volver a Conil volveríamos a “casa las manuelas” sin ninguna duda.
