A staircase within the apartment leads to the private , 100 square meters , furnished roof terrace, from which one has a magnificent view over the countryside to El Palmar and the sea. Also the the location near to the beach and centre of Conil makes it perfect for a great vacation.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

We have just got back from staying at Apt Julia and are all missing it already. Conil is a fantastic place (if not a bit hilly!!), there are so many restaurants and shops to visit. The town was busy every night but it felt very friendly and safe. Very family friendly. The beach is gorgeous, we took the advice of another reviewer and headed to the left-side of the bridge which was slightly quieter. The apartment was perfect for us, a family of four and one grandparent. The roof terrace is a wonderful space, although tricky to eat on when it's windy. There were beach chairs available for us to use at the pool and beach which was great. The parasols were a bit past their best so we bought a new one and left it there at the end of our holiday. You definitely need an umbrella if you plan on a day at the beach, there is no shade. Visit the local vineyard if you get a chance, the wine is very good and very reasonably priced. It's only a 10 min drive from the apartment. The little extras of underground parking, the pool, and the roof terrace all made the apartment a very easy place to be. Thoroughly recommend.

Bonita casa pero mala fe en la gestión

El piso está bien, bien ubicado, equipado y con una buena terraza. La piscina comunitaria genial. Eso si, al llegar las camas estaban sin hacer y uno de los colchones estaba en pésimo estado, además de algún que otro detalle sin importancia. El problema ha sido que la empresa que lo gestiona se ha querido quedar con la fianza por desperfectos que no hemos realizado, despues de explicarles una y otra vez que estaban asi a nuestra llegada. Muy mala fe y pésima gestión. Si vais a alquilar la casa, aseguraros de que no haya nada roto o de lo contrario os lo cobraran, así renuevan la casa cada verano. una verguenza y una pesima gestion.

Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes Apartement in ruhiger Lage. Altstadt, Strand und Geschäfte in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war alles sehr gut. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Matratzen und die Kopfkissen könnten erneuert bzw. der Größe der Kopfkissenbezüge angepasst werden.

Muy recomendable!!

El apartamento esta genial. La terraza es tal cual se ve en las fotos. En nuestro caso la luz de la terraza estaba fundida pero nos apañamos para disfrutar igualmente de ella. Esta ubicado en zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro del pueblo. Casa muy recomendable para 5 o 6 personas.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Blick auf das Meer

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit moderner, funktionaler Einrichtung und gut ausgestatteter Küche (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.). Küche und Wohnzimmer (mit Fernseher und DVD-Player) gehen ineinander über und sind klimatisiert. Auch das Hauptschlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Für die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein mobiles Klimagerät, das wir nicht ausprobiert haben, sowie Ventilatoren. Zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne, das andere mit Dusche. Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit drei Liegen, einem Tisch sowie einer "Lounge" und einem Grillkamin. Wir hatten das Glück, dass während unseres Aufenthalts die benachbarten Dachgeschosswohnungen offenbar nicht genutzt wurden, so dass wir auf "unserer" Terrasse völlig ungestört waren. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleineren, sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage, zu der eine (ausreichend groß dimensionierte) Tiefgarage sowie ein sehr schöner Pool gehört, der nur den Bewohnern zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben uns dort nach dem Strandbesuch aufgehalten und es nie voll gefunden. Zum riesigen Sandstrand läuft man wenige Minuten am Fluss entlang. Auf dem links des Flusses gelegenen Teil des Strandes geht es sehr ruhig zu; der rechte Strandteil ist dagegen sehr belebt (aber - jedenfalls Anfang September - auch nicht überfüllt). Es gibt eine Reihe von Restaurants direkt am Strand; man ist von dort aber auch schnell im Zentrum vom Conil. Conil selbst ist ziemlich quirlig (wovon man allerdings in der etwas abseits des Zentrums gelegenen Wohnung überhaupt nichts mitbekommt; Fußweg 15 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden.
