Das Haus wurde uns alternativ zu dem eigentlichen Objekt angeboten, da das von uns gebuchte angeblich doch nicht frei war. Nachdem wir bei Fewo-Direkt gebucht hatten und eine BuchungsbestĂ€tigjng erhielten meldete sich plötzlich eine spanische Agentur die dann mitteilte die Anzahlung einzuziehen, der Betrag stimmte nicht mit dem von Fewo-Direkt ĂŒberein. Es war weniger. Also alles ganz verwirrend. Dann bei Anreise hatten wir es plötzlich mit dem spanischen EigentĂŒmer zu tun der mit der Familie kam um direkt zum Einzug die Restsumme in bar kassierte. Die Ehefrau und Tochter sehr nett, das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt, Innen und Aussen, lĂ€ndlich gelegen, war aber auch von uns gewĂŒnscht wegen unserer Hunde. GrundstĂŒck eingezĂ€unt bzw. gemauert.Kommunikation nur möglich mit einen Übersetzer von spanisch auf englisch. Wir mussten den Mietvertrag verlĂ€ngern wegen einer Erkrankung eines Mitreisenden. Erstens kostete die VerlĂ€ngerungs Woche mehr als die vorherigen Wochenpreise (obwohl Nebensaison) dann benötigen wir fĂŒr die VerlĂ€ngerung eine Rechnung, ging nur gegen 88€Aufpreis, nun ist Abreise und Haus Übergabe. Haus ist in Ordnung, Kaution zurĂŒck 150€. Denkste, jetzt will er wieder Endreinigungs GebĂŒhr obwohl die bei unserer Buchung im Gesamtpreis enthalten waren, abgesehen davon das wir die FerienhĂ€user immer sauber und ordentlich verlassen. Ja mein Guter, Gier frisst Hirn! So etwas nervt und brauchen wir nicht im Urlaub. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder.
