The “Villa des Lardars” has many attractions to seduce you. Located on the banks of Lac du Bourget, you will undeniably be dazzled by its sumptuous setting. Its bright living room opens onto a large balcony with breathtaking views of the lake and its mountains. You will appreciate this vacation spot just a stone's throw from the small marina, the beach and the restaurant. Conjux, a small village nestled on the west shore of the lake, is the ideal place for those looking for calm and serenity.
The villa consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen of more than 40 m2, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The villa is completely fenced and the garden provides space for children and pets to play.
