On the garden level, you enter through the large 110m² living room, comprising a lounge area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a shower room with a toilet.

Upstairs, you access the mezzanine level with a relaxation area, leading to three bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190cm) made up of two single mattresses (90x190cm), one bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a bunk bed (90x190cm), and one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190cm) made up of two single mattresses (90x190cm). There is also a shower room and a separate toilet.
Baby equipment is available upon request: travel cot and high chair. A former watermill in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre region, in the "Land of Bastides" in southern Périgord, offers easy access to the fortified towns of Monpazier, Eymet, Issigeac, and others. You'll be just 20 minutes from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved many historical features (half-timbered houses), and you can also enjoy a traditional flat-bottomed boat trip on the Dordogne River.

You will stay on a property with two houses and a private, unfenced 500 m² garden with cats and chickens, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
The rear of the mill is available for your use, accessible via footbridges. The banks of the millrace remain natural and are therefore not suitable for children.
