Lady running the desk was on a personal phone and was not helpful. The spa was broken, the commissary was out of numerous item. There was only 2 diet cokes, 10 Red Bulls and no bottled water available. I bought a diet coke but had to charge it to my room because they could wouldn't accept cash payment or debit payment. The breakfast food was limited to powdered eggs, hard biscuits and the sausage tasted rancid. There was was any bread or bagels. The worst experience I've had in a Houston area hotel. Good Spot

This is a good spot and convenient to many Woodlands attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was very tasty. The room was fine but there was a little musty odor which was helped by running the AC. Bedding wasn’t bad but not great either. That said, for the price, you could not expect more! We will return if we are back in The Woodlands.

Thought it was a good smaller hotel.convenient to where i needed to be. Person checking me in was having issues with the printer. I told her i would quite likely need to extend the reservation by one day. She looked and said that should not be a problem. Went to breakfast the first morning, the food was running low and the person in charge was at the front desk chatting with other employees. The next day when i went to breakfast i requested a glass of milk. No milk. You had one job! Went to extend so i did not have to move , no availability. You should also advise on expedia when one of your elevators are out. This place is a zoo with only one working elevator.
