My only complaint was the fact that I had completed my check-in process on line before my arrival and still had to redo the whole process at the front desk. I believe they were having computer issues though, so it wasn’t their fault.

Overall good but could use improvements

The staff were helpful and courteous. The issues I had were very limited breakfast choices so with my food allergies there was nothing I could eat plus the bathroom had fleas. That can happen in a pet friendly hotel. Staff says they’d get the room sprayed.

It’s an ok hotel. The breakfast kind of sucked, and everyday was the same at breakfast. It seemed they tried to save as much money as possible with doing a very minimal breakfast.

Room is nice and comfortable. You can hear noise from I45 highway in your room. It is Ok because it is a constant white noise. Staff is really helpful. The breakfast was bad. No meat (sausage or bacon) at all. No waffles or pancakes.

Breakfast - nah

Room was nice. Breakfast the next morning was the worst. Sausage that tasted like cardboard, runny wet scrambled eggs, tasteless potatoes. Coffee was good. Front desk very nice at check in/out.
