Very worn building

Hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. The facility as a whole is deteriorating- soft spots on the floor in the elevator and in the room. Patched holes in the ceilings very visible- overall very misty smell. Breakfast was a fiasco. We purchased for two and a two year old but were charged $7 for some reason even when we told them we had purchased breakfast.

I travel a lot for business. The good about this place is, its clean, the employees are fantastic. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't loud. The bad: Small TV's.....in todays modern times there is no excuse to have a tv that small in a hotel room anywhere. The shower was terrible. It was super touchy. 1/8 of a turn to the right and it burned. 1/8 to the left and it was ice cold...but what was worse is the pressure was terrible. it barely came out of the shower head. I probably won't stay here anymore.

Girls getaway

Your pictures and ratings helped me make my decision. They are deceiving. The pool was closed majority of our time there. We were distrub by family above us with playing kids. Which sounded like they were going to fall through upon us. Because I prepaid through Hotels.com I was told they could not adjust what I paid. Offered points and a drink to us. But only one of us got the points. I wasn’t able to get any and the stay is booked under me. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast could have also been better for price. Most hotels offer free breakfast.
