The staff was friendly during check in and check out. The AC unit would start making loud noises and had to turn it off. Ever little noise from the hallway was heard in the room. The elevator was so slow!!

Fix the A/C

The air conditioning needs some work. The A/C was on its last leg. Our room, apparently, was under construction. The sockets didn’t have plastic covers, no toilet tissue holder, very low flow shower, and not enough soap or shampoo.

The only thing with the hotel was they were having trouble with some thug in a room talking about killing people and so we canceled our reservations.. there was no problem staff .

Aerial and her staff were amazing. We had our credit card hacked and Aerial and the staff were able to help us out with our payment. The hard water ring in the tub was a little disturbing but the cleaning staff was super nice. Thanks for a great staff.

Terrible hotel

We have stayed in many La Quinta hotels and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were so loud. So noisy (thin wallls) so you could hear the upstairs guests, next door guests and so hard to sleep, microwave didn’t work, they charged for a 1 hr early checkin or check out which is ridiculous. We will never stay at one again unfortunately a good experience.

The hotel was close by to many places we needed to go. There was a lot of construction going on the main road, but the hotel was great.
