Room and staff were nice, just not happy with breakfast. No coffee Food all in small packages like store bought from Costco Breakfast NOT FRESH One of the reasons we stayed here was for the breakfast they show in pictures and save $, we ended up having to go and pay for breakfast.

I really liked my stay there, stayed 3 days and then 2 the next week. PROS: Seems safer than most Conroe locations. The staff is always at the office with full view windows all night, they can see the whole property from the office so that would be a deterrent to thieves. Had my truck driver's window busted out at another Conroe hotel 5 years ago, so I will only stay here from now on. Huge plus to me. Larger mini fridge than most provide, comfortable bed, good size bath, and a kitchenette I did not expect with a running sink. They disable the stove top but there is a lot of space to store items in the cabinets, all very clean, and a functioning microwave. Hotels.com messed up the dates I reserved and they were very accommodating to correct. The staff were all very helpful and professional. CONS: Only two small ones really. They have one washer (3$) and one dryer ($2) - quarters they can provide if you don't have them so that was fine but the dryer should dry clothes in one load the size I had. It is a commercial dryer and should do better. Both times I did a load I had to pay twice, 4 bucks and it took over and hour to dry 3-4 pairs of jeans and 3-4 t shirts and underwear. That dryer should do that in 30 minutes. First time I went to check out by 1100 I stepped out to pack my truck at 10:45 and got locked out. The girl told me in the office it happens automatically. I said at 10:45 it should not and they need to fix that, I don't know if they did.
