Front desk person as I was checking out very rude and when I asked at 815 if she could get more coffee starting cussing and was very little breakfast items left and breakfast was to go till 9 she was very unprofessional

Everything was good except the WiFi. I had trouble logging in, called the front desk and the support number, ultimately ended up using someone else’s information (I think an employees) to get logged in. Outside of the WiFi the room was clean, heater worked, the staff was all super nice! I would recommend to a friend.

The hotel lobby and elevator smelled bad. Entered my room and was greated by a roach, and a used toothpick on the floor. Hotel was not built with noise isilation therefore I heard everything that happened in the room above me. Next morning walked out of the lobby where a police car was parked by the front doors. He wasn't there for breakfast.

We tried to eat breakfast at 7:30 am on a Tuesday. There was barely anything available and what was there tasted nasty. The waffle maker was available.

The rooms were older, but clean. None of the vending machines in the whole hotel worked. The lady behind the desk was not disc, courteous, but was quite disinterested. had to ask them to come and request a neighboring room to turn their television down, and they took care of that in short order. no major complaints, but no major compliments either.
