Rather than covering up the character of this 100+ year old home, we updated the space to feel both elegant and comfortable for you. The property is within walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and just a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.

The Caldwell Studio is hosted by Claire & Drew of Kingdom Stays, a local property management company specializing in unique and thoughtful spaces. Through elegant design and intentionality, we craft experiences we hope you'll remember for a lifetime. We personally plan all of our family getaways around the airbnbs we get to visit.
