Family-friendly and tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this warm retreat makes it easy to relax and reconnect. Bring the dog—pups are welcome—and enjoy an easy walk to Pequawket Pond with private beach access for swimming, sunbathing, and skipping stones. After a day outside, soak in the hot tub, then gather at the fire pit for s’mores and stories. Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins. Calm streets for bike rides, a comfy living area for movie nights.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.

No parties/events or smoking allowed.
Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
Parking for 3 cars only.
Up to 2 pets allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.
