Nice stay but……..

Everything was good expect the streaming service wasn’t working. I’m an IGH member and was told I could have late checkout at 2pm before I booked. I had a Spartan race that weekend and needed the late checkout to bathed before getting on the road. When I got there I was told I could only stay until 1pm which wasn’t what I was told when I booked over a month before and that wasn’t enough time to get back from the race and get ready. So I couldn’t do my second race which I paid for. The front desk wasn’t too worried that I was told this and had to miss my race

It’s a beautiful location. There’s plenty of food options around the area as well! We are only here for one night but it is a comfortable and nice area.
