Everything was nice except the air condition the heater system sucked he ran like a freight train and it it keep me warm it was warm and cold and cold and cold and then it warm up again I changed room the air conditioner wasn't as loud but it still operate operated the same way cold warm cold cold water that sucked

The location was great. Right off of I-20. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our television went out and they quickly moved us to another room. I gave it 4stars because our bathroom shower curtain was torn on both sides and instead of replacing it, it was just temporarily tacked back up.

The room was perfect. Tv couldn’t connect to stream from phone. And then tv glitched out in middle of night and next morning. Only to be told to unplug tv and that they don’t have the ability to stream from phone to connect to tv. Every other IHG affiliate I been to has that option, so was weird.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. But i didnt receive the room i booked. I booked a king suite with a walk in shower due to needing easier accessibility, however was given a standard double queen room. When notified front desk, i was told someone was supposed to have called me and informed before check in. Nobody called me. The receptionist did give me a slightly (about $10) lower rate....but i booked according to what i needed.
