The hotel was quiet and clean. The only thing that bothered me was that I can hear the expressway as I tried to sleep so I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was wonderful.

The rooms were very clean, hotel staff, including housekeeping also kind. However, one of the two rooms I rented had a lingering odor which smelled like sewage or a plumbing issue. I had to mask the odor using incense, however, the overall cleanliness of my second room, and the whole hotel in general smelled marvelous. I would use this location again.

The check in process was quick and smooth. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled so good. You can tell it is a newer hotel. The bathroom was perfect. I appreciated the little details that housekeeping did. The soap and lotion dispenser handles were turned towards each other and the drain was closed. It showed that they gave special attention to that area. It was refreshing to stay in a super clean room with not one issue at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

On the day of my reservation, I noted that I needed a room with wheelchair-accessible bathroom and either two beds or one bed and a sofa for my 12-year-old child. When I arrived at the hotel, I was first assigned a room with only one large bed, and the bathroom was not wheelchair-accessible. I went to the front desk and requested another room. The staff informed me that a wheelchair-accessible room was available on the second floor and sent me there. However, the room had two beds, the bathroom was still not wheelchair-accessible, there were not enough towels for three people, and there was no toilet paper. I hope I have my 50.00 dollars refund back.
