Checkout ended with a manager yelling at me in the lobby and threatening to charge me for an extra night, despite staff approving my late checkout and my leaving before 2:00 PM. The conduct was hostile, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This incident has been formally escalated, and I expect senior management to contact me regarding this experience.

Every thing was excellent and great customer service!
The staff was amazing so friendly and respectful!! Clean rooms!! Smelt amazing and overall it was quiet which I loved !! Breakfast was also really good as well !
The room was clean. And the staff made me fill like home. As if i was with my family. Very pleasant. The only bad thing was the constat smell of Marijuana in lobby and elevators. But i giess thats everywhere now.
The front desk staff that checked me in was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The check in experience wasn’t what I expected from a Hilton property. Thankful the rooms were indeed nice, roomy, and clean. The check in process got us off on a bad starts. There were comments made that I felt were super unprofessional such as “I need to get my taser”. “It’s not my $100” when we were trying to understand the deposit portion of our room.
Perfect, the night staff that was there around 11ish PM we're very kind and professional. The beds were just right. The breakfast was not your typical pastries but had good hot food. It was so quiet. If we are ever traveling there again, this will be our stop before choice.
