Please place all used pool towels in the master bathroom tub. Please ensure all lights are turned off. Ceiling fans may stay on. Ensure the front door is locked upon leaving and garage door is closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park all vehicles in the driveway. If you need extra parking, just reach out and I’ll provide guidance. Avoid parking in front of neighbors’ homes.
Maximum occupancy in home 8 guests. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property.
No glass or food in the pool area. Children must be supervised. Pets are not allowed in pool. Pool hours 8am - 10pm. Use top locks for child safety.
