Cinque House promises to pull you out of everyday living and transport you into a getaway experience like no other.

The Space:

Inspired by the beauty and romance of Italy, this 5-star escape adorns open plan living spaces with designer appliances and furnishings, creating the ultimate haven for an everyday escape.

The home offers five uniquely designed bedrooms, each equipped with the highest quality french linen, pillows, cushions and towels. Each bedroom also features a Smeg fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine, allowing you to fully retreat to your own private space for comfort and relaxation.

Situated at the end of the beautiful, stretching hallway sits the Master suite. Close the door and retreat into your private sanctuary with a huge walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite featuring a free-standing bath that overlooks the flowing creek outside.

There are 4 bathrooms spanning the property with a separate powder room exclusive to the pool and alfresco area. The bathrooms have been designed encompassing each bedroom, creating unity and flow throughout the home. Luxurious tiles, stone vanities, overhead showers, heated towel rails, underfloor heating and premium amenities add the ultimate touch to your stay.

They say the kitchen is the heart and soul of the home and the kitchen at Cinque House is just that. Featuring a 5-metre long stone benchtop and boasting the latest Smeg appliances, this truly incredible space is yours to enjoy. Featuring a wine fridge, blast chiller, microwave, freestanding oven and cook top, gold Zip HydroTap (chilled, sparkling and boiling water options), integrated dishwasher and fridge, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. We add the extra touches in the pantry to ensure your stay is as easy as possible including spices, sauces, utensils and other staples.

The dining area is truly something special. Accomodating 12 guests around a large timber table, relax into the space with a glass of wine and a home cooked meal. The stunning glass featured joinery overlooks the space with a built in fire-place to really add that cosy, intimate touch.

Extending from the kitchen is a breakfast nook designed for informal dining. Flowing from this area is the lounge room, with a large 12 seater sofa and fireplace and a 65-inch TV perfect for settling in for a movie or your favourite show.

Adjacent to the kitchen are the large, open plan doors that pour onto the outdoor alfresco and entertaining area. Sitting beneath a solid blackbutt timber arbour, this stunning area features seating for 12, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, beer fridge and a freestanding wood-fired pizza oven. Just off the alfresco sits a huge sunken firepit, ready for cosy winter conversations and the best place to soak in the sunset. Beyond the firepit lies a 6-metre mineral swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or relaxing on the deck chairs for the afternoon. Surrounded by sweeping lawns and lush greenery, the property blends beautifully into the rural landscape that sits behind it. Take a walk down to the dam or pack a champagne picnic on the lawn and take in the tree canopy.
