This stunning Byron Bay holiday home has all the elements to take your Byron Bay holiday to the next level. Nestled among the rolling hills of Coopers Shoot, this dress circle location benefits from the beauty and tranquility of the countryside while being minutes from the vibrancy of town. Running the length of the property the spacious deck features classic hanging chairs, outdoor dining and comfortable lounges, perfect for outdoor dining, curling up with a good book or just soaking in the majestic views. Cool off in the sparkling swimming pool and watch the kids play tag across the spacious lawn.
With gated drive and turning circle there is ample parking and easy access via two entrances. Step straight into the spacious, informal lounge fully equipped to amuse and entertain with comfortable furnishings, large television with satellite channels and pool table. Two spacious bedrooms, one twin and one queen, and a stylish family bathroom complete this wing of the house.
A louvered breezeway connects to the main entrance and the south wing of the house. Step down into the fully renovated kitchen, with all you need to cook up a storm and a relaxed dining area. Relax on the sumptuous lounges and catch up on the latest series if you can tear your eyes away from the sensational views. Off the living area there is a powder room and laundry along with the third bedroom with two singles and sliding doors to the rear deck.
