Cloverleaf Farm - Bask in the breathtaking views of the red creek valley and the majestic rolling hills in the distance. This house was renovated in 2021, bringing this classic farmhouse back to life! The house was modernized and updated with contemporary stylings and many important features added, like central a/c.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery and a large open lawn perfect to enjoy outdoor activities! There is a beautiful scenic pond visible from the kitchen sink.

There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with room for up to 10 guests. The first floor is made up of the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. The main entrance off the huge front porch has a half bathroom, laundry, a sitting area with a round table for games and entertainment. The fully equipped Kitchen is located through the sitting area in the back of the house, overlooking the pond. Eat inside or out, enjoy easy access to the large back deck from the kitchen and the living room. The main living room is slightly separated to provide private TV watching or a game of Foosball! The original wide plank farmhouse floors run through the 1st floor, exposed beams and slate floors are some of the magical classic features you will find here. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a hallway bathroom complete the 2nd floor.

The location is great, only 5 minute drive to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in downtown Cooperstown NY. Coming to our area for a baseball tournament ? Cloverleaf Farm is less than a 15 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Cloverleaf Farm Hits a Homerun

We were a group of 10 friends (all Phillies fans) taking a road trip to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and the town of Cooperstown. The property was just as advertised and gave us the space we all needed. Everything was clean and Cloverleaf is so close to town as well as other attractions that we never lost a lot of travel time.

We had a great experience staying at your place. We were a group of 10 and the house was plenty big for all of us. The house was clean and comfy. The location was very convenient for us to get to Cooperstown. We were able to enjoy the Hall of Fame and all that the town offered. We would certainly come back for a future stay!

Perfect home for our adult sibling reunion of 6 (2 couples, 2 singles). All appreciated their own bedrooms and baths. We made full use of hanging out around the dining table as well as in the living room and TV rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. We stayed during Autumn and the views were gorgeous. Easy proximity to all the sightseeing we wished to do including Baseball Hall of Fame, the Fenimore Art Museum, a trip to Howe Caverns. Close to grocery store as well as several casual restaurants we enjoyed. Thanks to our host, who was friendly and responsive.

15 min to Dreams park- cute farm house

House worked out well for us. It’s about a five minute drive into Cooperstown and about 15 minutes to Dreams Park. House is in a peaceful location with easy access to go back-and-forth to the ballpark. Hosts were very accommodating and incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed something. I recommend this place!
