The bar sitting in the kitchen has a fantastic view of the lush green rolling hills, you can see for miles. Enjoy outside dining and sitting on the private side patio which you can access from the exterior door in the kitchen. A gas grill, a table and chairs are perfectly placed on the patio for guests to enjoy the outdoors and the view.

A full bathroom with a wide shower is located just off the main space, teak flooring gives off a spa-like feeling. As you enter the bathroom area there is a separate sitting area from the main space. A great space to relax and read a book.

Bask in the sun and splash in the pool just outside your door, there are several sun loungers to lay in and soak up the view. The pool can be heated for an additional cost or just enjoy as is! Please note the pool is fenced in for your safety as well as an alarm on the French doors in the pool house.
