Hopemill Ranch sits on a spacious property shared with two other homes—both also hosting baseball families—creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for your week in Cooperstown. Set back from the road, the home offers a quiet, relaxing escape after busy days at the ballfields.

Features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park.
Open Living Area (Heart of the Home)
The spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow together in an open-concept design—ideal for gathering, sharing meals, and relaxing as a family.
Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a private outdoor deck with seating and a BBQ grill.
Guest Bedrooms (Opposite End of the Home)
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with queen beds, are located on the east end of the house. A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo is just steps away.
