Absolutely loved our stay here! We were at the Lake n Pines for a week. The rooms are a little outdated, but everything is clean and comfortable. The location is sublime! The front desk itself was so kind to leave me a happy birthday gift in my room! Wonderful people, excellent stay, and I would stay there again!

Beautiful landscape, clean rooms, kind staff. We rented kayaks and paddle boards, enjoyed the pool (very clean and heated). Room looks dated in the photos - but is very nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend and for sure stay again.

For us four women on a short excursion it was a perfect place to stay. Clean, friendly, good location, great set-up on the lake, and we especially liked our balcony overlooking the lake. We recommend it to everyone (lots for kids to do there too) and would stay there again ourselves.

For an old school "motel" is was super clean and very well taken care of over the years. A wonderful deck to hang out on by the water with lots of seating. Its rare to find an indoor & outdoor pool like it has. The bath towels were to die for, so soft and plush. The electronics were up to date and a generous size tv with plenty of channels. The proximity to the village of Cooperstown was less than a 10 min. drive along beautiful RT 80. There is no Verizon cell service at this location. It is well worth a stay!!!
