Large Cottage that sleeps 10 minutes from Cooperstown

Bayside Inn & Marina is located on 4 acres 7 miles North of Cooperstown on Otsego Lake. The property consists of 41 units including Motel/Inn rooms and Cottages of varying sizes. The property includes several picnic areas with grills, retro game room with pool table, hospitality room with tv, table/chairs, and board games. At the lake we have a small sandy swimming beach with gazebos. Canoes and kayaks are free of charge for guests use.

Cottage M is one of our largest cottages - three bedrooms and roomy common space. It is situated in a relatively secluded area and has its own lawn below the deck.

Square footage is ample: approximately 800 sq ft, plus a full-length deck measuring 25 by 10 feet.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has two twin beds. There are also two pull-out sofas. In addition to the full bath downstairs, there is a half bath upstairs.

This cottage has a ramp at the entrance for wheelchair accessibility and the main floor bathroom doorway is wider to accommodate a wheelchair. The main floor bathroom also has a tub/shower unit with handheld shower-head and seat. It also has hand bars in the tub/shower and next to the toilet for support and the sink is open at the bottom to accommodate a wheelchair.

Furthermore, there are two "Extra Rooms" for rent (rented separately) on the ground floor below the deck that are perfect for accommodating guests who will be visting you during your stay in the cottage - or if you just need more room for your crew!

This cottage is certainly perfect for a Cooperstown baseball or boating vacation!

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
