Set in a uniquely private position surrounded by established gardens, this two-level family home offers relaxing views of the ocean through the trees. Located within a 5 minute walk to Copacabana beach, the home is ideal for a quiet, relaxing time away from home.

Off street parking for 2 cars (top level) and 1 space via rear lane.
With 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs and bathrooms on both levels, the home also works for dual families, or couples.

The upstairs main living flows out to the deck, while the large downstairs rumpus room is perfect for chilling with a movie (on the large screen TV), or as a space for the kids to play.

A beautiful kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances, plus coffee pod machine and all you need by way of crockery and kitchen utensils.

NOTE: There are stairs leading down to the property from the top level parking area (2 car spaces), while there is extra parking off the rear laneway (1 car spaces).

There is a small rear unfenced yard - pets accepted with pet fee of $100 and approval.

The walk to the beach is down the hill on Copacabana Drive, or a flatter walk via the rear laneway - which is a single lane concreted drive.

Please note the house is in a secure and quiet position - there are steps to navigate from either parking area. It is not suited to elderly or mobility impaired guests.
