Loved how close it was to the Main Street and beach, enjoyed the hammocks by the beach, put in by member of community. No email response on early check in request - door locked and only able to get in within 2-5pm. Room was located 3 metres from reception so was v noisy with guests arriving/leaving. No physical keys provided - access by electronic keypad - due to a power outage I was unable to access the hotel - this is ridiculous. I had to bang on windows until another guest opened the door for me during a storm event. No communication from the hotel during or after. This is not acceptable.
