Set in a quiet location within a short walk to park area and the pathway and steps leading down to the beach is just around the corner. With neat and rear decks for entertaining, plus lower level patio area.

Spacious main living room, front and rear decks, each bedroom has built-in robes, plus full bathroom with large bathtub and second bathroom with laundry facilities. Located off a rear laneway from Del Monte Place, just near the park and 5 Lands Walk walking track to Winney Bay and Avoca Beach. Parking for two small to medium cars off a rear laneway. Being a duplex, there is one adjoining double-brick wall.

Copacabana Beach

A wonderful stay for 4 nights at this property. Well appointed, clean and relaxing. So good we stayed an extra night.

Copacabana Property - Some Concerns

Firstly, the photographs used to advertise this property misrepresent the property. These photos were taken prior to the sale of the unit in 2021 & do not show the current furnishings. This isn't good practice. Three of us stayed for one week in peak summer season. Given the price we paid & summer weather we were very disappointed that the unit lacks air-conditioning. Nor does it even have ceiling fans. Various mobile fans were positioning in different areas but this really isn't good enough. The property is quite far from the beach & a good uphill walk. Overall, we thought this was poor value for money

Fabulous Getaway at Oceano Heights

A wonderful spacious home with fabulous views perched at the top of the hill overlooking bush views, Copacabana area and beach. The property is well equipped, close proximity to walking tracks, beach, secluded bays, fishing spots and cafes. Beds were extremely comfortable coupled with luxurious bed linen. Thank you Andrew for your insightful suggestions to visit, dine and experience stunning Copacabana, it was greatly appreciated - including our late checkout! Connie M

Great views but missing a few details

The house was a good size and had great views from the main bedroom. Unfortunately the TV and wi-fi wasn’t working, and there was no A/C or heating. Access to the property is quite tricky also.

Perfect adult family stay

The property was perfect for the 4 adults but could easily accommodate 6. We had everything we needed and Copa also has it all for a few nights. Only comment would be the skylight in the downstairs bedroom, it would be great to be able to cover on sunny mornings
