Summary:

A welcoming retreat boasting breathtaking panoramic ocean views and nestled in the heart of Copacabana. With only a minute’s drive to Copacabana’s beach, local shops and restaurants and the most divine bakery for scrumptious treats and coffee.



If you are feeling energetic a (approximate) 10-minute stroll downhill and a work out to come home uphill, all while being in between the beautiful surrounding areas of Avoca and Macmasters Beach.



The Space:

The Glass House offers relaxing coastal vibes that will instantly calm your senses and push holiday mode on for uninterrupted relaxation. She is the perfect location for families and groups to enjoy coastal casual living.



The home is bright and light filled with beautiful wooden flooring. Offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms plus powder room in total. On the lower level you have a well-equipped kitchen that flows between dining and living spaces, including gas fire place for the cooler months. Upstairs you have the fourth bedroom, a beautifully themed retreat lounge room with television, cloud bean bags to snuggle into and an additional outdoor balcony to sit back and relax while reading a book, having a cup of tea or whale watching through the spectacular binoculars on hand. There are ample outdoor areas you can seek respite & enjoy the sunshine. The backyard boasts a generous lawned yard (it is a little hilly) and has a large outdoor entertaining deck and dining table with awning to enjoy. With a lock up garage catering for one vehicle and amble off street parking, it makes staying at The Glass House stress free and ever so relaxing.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.

All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation

COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, fire safety as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind.

NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council

There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.

There was everything you needed. Position was great with beautiful views. Only negative was no toilet upstairs but 3 downstairs. Great to have ceiling fans in the rooms with no airconditioning.
