Dogs are welcome at Ocoee River Retreat (maximum 2 dogs, no weight limit) with a $50 pet fee.

• Security Cameras:
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and river area. Guests may not move, cover, or tamper with cameras, alarms, or security lights.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
