The property is on well water, which may occasionally have a sulfur smell.

• Pet Policy:
Ocoee Cottage is NOT pet friendly.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
