1) Take your shoes off upon entering the house. We have lots of mud and debris around. Extra fee of $50 will be applied if shoes are not removed.
No smoking. There will be a $200 fee applied to clean smoke out of the house and or furniture if rule is broken.
No pets allowed unless pre-approved. $20/day pet fee applies. If pre-approved, no pets are to be left unattended in house unless kenneled.

There is no handrail on the stairs and my wife actually fell down the stairs, but was only bruised. They also have dogs that like to bark at the guest. One of the dogs actually killed one of their chickens. The dogs were described as being trained as service dogs but they certainly were not service dogs, but simple pets. The home was clean and convenient to the area.
