It took a very long time to get checked in! The tub faucet was extremely hard to turn on and off to the point where we almost were not able to take showers!! Breakfast was good. Needed few more fruit selections, not everyone likes oranges.

Great stay

The room itself was nice, other than the beds being short and low to the ground. Our nathroom sink also did not drain properly, but the size of the room was great! The staff were all super friendly and the complimentary dinners and breakfasts were great also! Parking was ample and the hotel is easy to get to from any direction

Great pool and location!

The hotel pool was great! Way better than most hotels and the place backs up to a protected nature area that’s great for walks/running.

I arrived with my group around midnight. The clerk that checked us in was friendly and nice. Ithe room however, was filthy. No one has cleaned it. We were so tired from the tournament that we had been attending, that I didn't want to go downstairs and complain. But there was pink goo on the doorway to enter the bathroom. There was a card board for an imprint on the floor in the bed area. The imprint was from a new pair of sandals. There was a bug on the bathroom floor that looked like a cockroach. I killed the bug and didn't see any more. In the hall on the second floor, was the strong odor of pot. The management was trying to cover up the smell by spraying febreze. When I l checked out in the morning, I mentioned the room condition and said that I was too tired to change rooms. I had reservations for two rooms. That would have meant moving two rooms so we could be together. She looked on her computer and noticed that since I booked with Travelocity, the hotel could not reimburse me.
