Operations manager was not only unhelpful but rude. Called in morning to try to move reservation to 2 days later due to sudden illness and feeling unsafe to undertake 10 hour drive solo. Hotel had plenty of availability, but all I got from Misty was a brick wall and her bragging about her going to work and driving while being sick. Was I supposed to be impressed? Choice Hotels does not support their customers but only apologizes and then comes up with endless excuses as to why they can’t help. Told them I would not be able to travel that day and instead of moving my reservation or canceling they took my money and called it a “no show”. Would never stay at a hotel run under Misty’s management. This kind of treatment of customers is a stain on the name of all Comfort Inns and Choice Hotels.

Would recommend

New hotel, clean enjoyed the hot tub after a hard day on the road. The hotel offered a complimentary light home cooked dinner the evening we arrived which was a great. Chatted with Misty who provided the dinner, she was very friendly.
