I’m waiting to hear if they will take some off my bill. We did not receive the proper housekeeping on day 2. Garbage not emptied and we asked for extra towels or we wouldn’t hv had them. The staff was very good. They even texted me to see how our stay was.

The restroom lights did not work for 2 days in a row, had to report it 3 times. We were not informed about the request to have our room clean when check in and our room wasn’t clean everyday. For the price you’re paying is the minimum you can expect. No shower gel, had to request it. The sink in the kitchen didn’t have water flowing. Didn’t get what expected for the price we paid.

Check-in was great. Desk assistant was very attentive and knowledgeable. Hotel is next to interstate but you can’t really hear the traffic. Bed is a bit too firm for my liking. Rooms are clean. Shopping area is just a short drive away.
