Last minute reservation and everything was great. Happy hour small bar in lobby. Free snacks during happy hour were perfect. Beds were very comfortable rooms nice and clean. Sofa in room was nice. Nice roomy walk in closet with plenty of hangers. Would definitely stay again. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Very nice room. Only minor issue was the sliding glass door to the bathroom is right at the foot of the bed and the light comes right through. Also, there is a “pool” but it’s more like a giant bath tub than a pool.

We stayed at this hotel after a long day of driving from New York and it was by far the best hotel to crash at. The service was exceptional, the facility is clean and very new, and we felt extremely safe parking our car in their private lot. The breakfast was included in the morning and it was exceptional for a hotel breakfast. My boyfriend and I loved the food options and the Truemoo chocolate milk lol

Check in was smooth, the receptionist was personable and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only two hiccups, there’s no drive up to check in and drop off your luggage and the bartender seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. We ordered drinks and she rolled her eyes, as if she was irritated she had to serve us. With that said, they have a 5-8 happy hour with drink specials. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet but it looked clean, well stocked, and others seemed to enjoy it.

I really liked the layout of the room and the hotel as an whole was excellent!! Everything was clean from the hallways the elevator and especially the room, I completely loved it!! The staffing was excellent. Springhill suites is by far my best hotel experience, my partner and family absolutely loved the stay. JUST BEAUTIFUL

Unique room layout

Check-in was fast and easy. There was a bar in the lobby and also breakfast in the morning, but we didn't use either. Didn't use pool or fitness center either. The room was large and laid out a bit differently, with the bathroom in the back corner of the room instead of right when you walk in. This makes the bathroom long and narrow. I'm not a big fan of the TV that has to be on a swivel to point towards either the couch or the bed, but I suppose it works OK. Our TV only picked up about half the channels in the guide (and of course...they were the ones we'd have liked to watch). We ended up watching Netflix instead. It might sound kind of silly, but with so many new hotels competing for business, we'd probably not come back just because of the TV issue.
