We highly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the Winter months (Nov to April). Driveways are plowed and maintained, but heavy storms occasionally pass through dropping several inches. Plowing contract manages snow daily as needed.

We do live along the Great Northern Rail line that runs all across our great Nation, we get to watch great industrious things go by upon its rails, though it does use its horn through our town crossing.

This condo offers its guests a water park. The family-friendly condo also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.

This Coram condo is smoke free.
