We had an unfortunate experience. The smell in the entire hotel was musty and smoke filled. When we got to our room we found that there was urine and faeces underneath the sheet on the bedpad that had been covered up instead of removed and washed. I do not recomend this establishment.

Please think twice before choosing this hotel for your stay. We stayed in room for 22 and 424 and found bedbugs. We checked out and ended up making a 12 Hour Dr. home after they were unable to refund us.

The property was decent. Our room was clean. However, our refrigerator didn’t work properly, so we lost all of our lunch meat, cheese, mayo, and chicken salad. I was very disappointed. Rather than saving money to eat sandwiches as planned, we had to spend more money and eat out. As a family of four, this is NOT cheap nowadays. Also, we didn’t have a remote to our television. When we asked the staff to provide us with one, they gave us one from a different room with the battery cover missing that didn’t work. We asked a second time, and we were provided with a different remote that also didn’t work. We tried to replace the batteries, but that didn’t work either. We just got tired of asking. It wasn’t very relaxing in the evenings.

Price was great, nice free breakfast, clean room. Only complaint is our room faced the expressway and was very noisy when trucks used they're engine brakes. Some new windows would greatly help that.

Fire alarm kept going off but no one came to the room to tell us about the fire in the kitchen. Sheets, microwave and ice bucket were dirty. Very close to highway so the room stayed very noisy all day and night. When we checked out the staff did not even acknowledge the issues with the fire. My Husband had to go down and talk to the firemen to know if we were safe or not. Bad service all around. We will not stay here again next year.

Staff was super nice and helpful. 6/4/25 elevator not working since at least last night when I got here. Had to walk up four flights of stairs with luggage. No problem for me but could be a problem for others. Overall I love this place and would stay here again without question
