The room itself was perfectly fine and met my expectations. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding noise disturbance during my stay. The receptionist, who appeared to be in the room next to mine, was making phone calls continuously until the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately, this made it quite difficult to rest.

While the location was convenient and the staff were perfectly fine, the room itself was a major letdown. The space felt very rundown and smelled strongly of stale alcohol. The bed was uneven and incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. It feels like every item in the room is past its prime and needs replacing. I’d rather pay a bit more for a better experience next time.

Great stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower excellent. Ok you wouldn’t visit Snooze for a romantic getaway but it was very cheap and extremely good value. No complaints at sll
