It features five elegant bedrooms, each equipped with two 90×200 beds, an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and independent split air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms are outward-facing, while two overlook the inner courtyard, filling the home with natural light and serenity throughout the year.
Upon entering the house, guests are welcomed by a charming private Andalusian courtyard. This intimate and inviting space encourages relaxation and serves as the heart of the home, featuring a private swimming pool—perfect for cooling off on warmer days. On this same floor, there are four of the bedrooms and a comfortable living room, creating a practical and well-balanced layout.
The first floor offers a spacious and bright living area with large windows, a guest toilet, and a dining area located next to the fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a Smart TV and high-speed internet connection, as well as a crib and high chair available upon request for families’ convenience. The fifth bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, is located on this floor.
