This is always our favorite hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are SO comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are professional and friendly and parking is secure. The hotel is perfectly situated to walk all throughout centro. We also appreciate the secure parking.

This is the second time staying here and I really like it, rooms are always clean, everyone really kind and nice, everything is walking distance, and food and drinks are good! I do believe they can improve their customer service at the bar upstairs, a lil faster service, and more communication would be the cherry on top! Thank you! We Will be back!

Will stay here again

It was amazing, bed super comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. The only downside was that on our 2nd day stay, our room service was not done. The cleaing lady said that the other cleaning lady had to leave because she hqd to clean other rooms and that she would come back to clean ours. Other than that it was wonderful! The food was great too.
