Front desk lady when I got there was great. Restaurant service need to improve. Menu has to improve. Restaurant staff need to improve. The plates are too small for what you pay and they charge you for any little extras. They need more variety of beers. I only ate there because I was exhausted to go out but the rest was great

I forgot an expensive watch I brought as a gift. I was leaving and the security guard stopped me to let me know I had forgotten something in my room.
