I recoment this hotel have a good location is near to the bus station ,downton,museum the palacio de hierro and teleferico.

Hotel en remodelacion en proceso, sin señalamiento del estacionamiento, rentamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 tenían problemas con las TVs, y el personal tardó mucho en ir a revisar. Creo que tiene potencial para ser un lugar más acogedor.

Volví a reservar la misma habitación y no la limpiaron, no pude dormir por el ruido de los carros lamentablemente es avenida y es normal que hayan muchos carros pero aunque la ventana esté cerrada no se pudo dormir me dormía y me volvía a despertar por el ruido.

Le falta mantenimiento, no atienden a tiempo las necesidades de los huéspedes, se fundio el foco del baño, se reportó y nunca subieron a cambiarlo. Se solicitó plancha y todos los días se tuvo que bajar a recepción cuando en otros lugares te la llevan a la habitación. La facturación inicial fue mal hecha, se tuvo que volver a solicitar.

Es un hotel sencillo, un poco caro para lo que ofrece. El check in deberia ser a la 1 pm, no al mediodia. Si lo que te interesa es pasar la noche sin poner atención a los detalles este es tu hotel. Por supuesto que hay mejores, la unica ventaja es que está cerquita del ADO.
