The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator.

Positives Staff were nice, but they only run one shift, 3 to 1030 Daily maid service provided very good location Good hot Showers. Negatives Purchased a larger room with sofa bed not provided, Front desk says they don't have those anymore Kitchenette has no stove Phones in the room do not work. The hotel's phone system is shut down The room is so dark, very weak light bulbs At night when I'm using the microwave in the kitchen, I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see the numbers on the microwave. Three flights of stairs to get to the lobby No elevator This hotel's not for old people they have to use a lot of stairs Feel like I overpaid for this hotel What I paid for and what I got, was not the Same thing

Tiene una ubicación excelente, se puede ir caminando a muchos lugares ya que es muy céntrico, la central de camiones se encuentra a 3 cuadras y hay varias tiendas muy cercanas al Hotel inclusive un soriana a 2 cuadras, el personal también es muy amable y comunicativo, en mi caso la habitación estaba excelente y la cama muy cómoda, había aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, siempre había agua caliente y contaban con secadora y plancha, 10/10 si vuelvo a Orizaba serán mi primer opción.

Lusitania Horel me pareció una excelente opción para hospedarse, la ubicación es muy buena, encuentras todo caminando, y el personal es muy amable, solo considera al momento de reservar que si quieres gozar de unas noches de paz y tranquilidad que reserves habitaciones que no den a la calle ya que si se filtra el ruido de los autos, en lo personal prefiero no escuchar ruido a la hora de dormir.
