A very luxurious stay in a comfortable, well appointed room. However, the Patio room upgrade is not worth it, as there are very few times of year that a windowless walled air shaft makes for a pleasant patio experience. Otherwise, a truly lovely hotel in the perfect location for exploring Cordoba. Best recommendation is to drive directly to the public Mezquita parking garage and carry your luggage the short walk to the hotel, avoiding very narrow streets that are difficult to navigate.

The service was excellent. The hotel is centrally located near Le Mezquita, lots of good options for food. The hotel brunch was great. I truly enjoyed staying here and would visit again.

We felt that the front desk staff was not helpful at all, it seemed like we were inconveniencing them and at times rude. We had an issue with our TV which took two days to resolve. When asked if all the rooms in the hotel were experiencing the same issue, we were told that they were. We had a friend staying on the third floor who never had an issue. We have stayed at several NH hotels, Turin, Porto, Granada and have always gotten excellent service this was by far the worst. I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it. I don’t understand how it achieved five stars, it definitely was not based on its service.

Great walkable location, excellent service, very clean, modern decor, great bathroom. Despite booking a premium room, it was very small. The big bonus was onsite parking, which is difficult to get in the Jewish Quarter.
