Accommodation with excellent location 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. With parking included in the building itself for a medium or small car. Located next to the Rector's Office of the University. 8 minutes walk to the center of the city and the old area. Cozy, intimate, quiet and close to any place to visit and enjoy the city of Cordoba and where the guests are well received and welcomed.
Accommodation
The quality of the attention to the guests by the hosts, the proximity to any place to visit, the accessibility to any kind of services, its luminosity and tranquility is what makes it special. It is a studio with two rooms and a bathroom for exclusive use by guests. Located in a residential building. It is part of a larger house and at the same time is individualized so that privacy is guaranteed. It has a double bed of 135cm, and a sofa bed of 140cm. Basically has necessary kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave to heat any food, refrigerator with freezer and toaster. It has a full bathroom with bath, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, bathroom supplies (hand soap, bath gel and shampoo), towels for different uses, as well as bedding.
It has central heating radiators and air conditioning (split) one per room. Also the hot water is centralized. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and desk. In the living room there is a tv and a table for breakfast.
